What is your primary product or service?
Contempory Italian Cuisine. Mesquite Fired Rotisserie and Grill. Italian Style Pizzas and Pastas. Full bar and Patio Seating. Private Dining Facilities for hosting small business meetings to large celebrations and anything in between.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owner started as a busboy and worked his way up through working in the kitchen, then serving.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We use mesquite wood for our rotisserie and grill not gas. It gives our poultry, fish, steak and rabbit a distinct flavor.

We have two locations: 223 E 4th Avenue, San Mateo &
151 W Santa Clara Avenue,San Jose
