How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am a people person. I was stuck in a job that I was not happy with; working for a company that never really appreciated the loyalties of it's employees. A good friend that used to work with me at that company was successful and very happy in real estate sales. I decided it was time for me to make the move! I love what I do.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Maybe I am not different; many Realtors love helping people as I do. I enjoy working with people, whether it involves helping them secure a new rental for themselves or selling a large apartment building or an expensive home. While I enjoy the income, everyone gets first class service, no matter if I get a large commission or a smaller one. It's just a good feeling seeing the happiness of the people I help.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Over the years I have managed other real estate companies and had my own office with employees. I enjoy working alone now.
Which areas do you service?
Generally, I work the San Francisco Bay Area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the owner/broker. A licensed California Real Estate Broker. Honorary Lifetime Member of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. A member of the San Mateo County Association of Realtors for over 40 years. Former guest real estate instructor at the College of San Mateo and Canada College.
